Tewkesbury Medieval Festival

Tewkesbury Medieval Festival is one of Europe’s largest free medieval gatherings, centred on the dramatic reenactment of the Battle of Tewkesbury from 1471. The festival fills the town with living history camps, medieval traders, entertainers, music, food, and thousands of reenactors recreating life during the Wars of the Roses. It takes place beside Tewkesbury town centre and around the historic battlefield and abbey.
